Sacred SKETCH Play is a project of Sacred SKETCH. Its heart is to connect children to their purpose through Truth-inspired content. The picture above is of Sacred SKETCH founder Thandiwe's daughter. what is intentional parenting?
An intentional parent is one who raises children with deliberate, purposeful choices. He or she prioritizes the long term, all-around wellness of the child as a valued and competent human who has a contribution to give to society, not just as the cute child they are in the here and now.

Sacred SKETCH Play content is about intentional parenting. It’s not about having the “right answers.” It’s about making the journey count, playfully, joyfully, intentionally.
My husband and I began recording things our daughter said from the time she started talking. It was mostly for kicks. When she graduated from high school, we decided to gift her with a book of the often quotable things she said through the years - to make her laugh during those dry moments in college and to keep her humble. We have a copy for ourselves and it has become a reflective work of our years of learning as parents. You’ll occasionally see some of those quotes from our daughter - daughterisms - in Sacred SKETCH content. We hope it brings a smile to you and your children as you engage with the content. Or inspires you as an intentional parent to keep your own log of things your kids say!
